SF-9730 is a two-component organic silicone thermal sealing adhesive. When mixed in a 1:1 ratio, this product exhibits high thermal conductivity, low interface thermal resistance, good thixotropy, and the ability to be reworked. After being applied as a coating and pressed together, the product can fill flat or uneven areas, effectively filling the gaps in the thermal interface and reducing thermal resistance. After curing, it can form a low-stress, soft thermal interface, thereby enhancing the heat dissipation performance of critical power devices.
